Nathan Wallis, a father and foster parent, has expertise in child counseling, teaching, and social service management. He lectured in Human Development at the University of Canterbury and worked as a senior trainer for a neuroscience research body. Nathan is renowned for his engaging speaking style and simplifying complex topics. He founded X Factor Education Limited in 2010 to provide accessible professional development training based on neuroscience, actively presenting in New Zealand and internationally.

Ngahihi o te ra Bidois is described as a modern-day warrior who applies ancient Māori wisdom to contemporary leadership challenges. He focuses on helping organizations develop their most crucial asset—their people. Ngahi champions the philosophy that people are the most important resource in any organization, emphasizing their value and development through insights from Māori culture. 

Paddy Gower is a respected New Zealand journalist known for his dynamic communication skills and vibrant personality. Paddy has covered significant national and international topics and hosts the current affairs show "Paddy Gower Has Issues." His presentation promises to be relevant and focussed on the current issues faced in the NZ Education landscape. 
Patrick Sherratt is the co-founder and director of Innervate, a training company specializing in seminars and workshops that focus on high-performance cognitive psychology, stress-reduction, and well-being. Holding a Master's Degree in Education (Honors) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Patrick is an expert facilitator known for creating interactive and engaging learning experiences. 

Michèle A’Court is a stand-up comedian, writer, actor and event MC / kaiwhakataki. Michèle was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in the 2023 New Year’s Honours for services to comedy and entertainment.
